Water leaking from AC in Dallas, Texas

My central air conditioner has problems with water leakage floor. After the inspection, I found both from the water together between plastic water Shah and threaded female copper pipes adapter. Plastic water pan inside AC unit inside a house.

How often should an interior fuel oil tank be cleaned out in Pennsylvania?

I have interior 275 gallons of fuel oil tank of indeterminate age (although probably not more than 25 years). Heating runs standard annual maintenance from my supplier of oil (cleaning, filter screens), including the pint or so acetone.

Wiring AC condenser fan motor

AC quit working, will cut-out after the launch. The thermostat has been changed no result.
