How often should an interior fuel oil tank be cleaned out in Pennsylvania?

I have interior 275 gallons of fuel oil tank of indeterminate age (although probably not more than 25 years). Heating runs standard annual maintenance from my supplier of oil (cleaning, filter screens), including the pint or so acetone. Read the rest of this entry »
